Non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc?

I finally tried de-alcoholized wine.

Happy Friday, folks,

Apologies, I missed last Friday’s newsletter. The kids were ill. The wife was out of town. I was swamped.

I only remembered I had a newsletter to type on Sunday. After watching Arsenal batter Liverpool.

But yeah, I’m here today.

Dry January led me down some interesting non-alcoholic wine rabbit holes. Some were horrible experiments. But here’s one bottle I enjoyed…

Please forward this to ONE friend today and tell them to subscribe here.

Loxton’s De-alcoholized Sauvignon Blanc

The process of removing the alcohol from wine can sometimes change the taste and mouthfeel of wine.

But not this bottle.

You still get the characteristic flavors of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal.

Crisp, mouthwatering acidity

Hints of lime and pear. Some folks say it's green apple, not pear. I say it depends on your palate.

I paired it with chicken wings, and it didn’t disappoint.

So, I’m going on a hunt for great non-alcoholic wines. And I’ll report back next week with some recommendations.

Now, go uncork a bottle. It’s the weekend.

Dozie ❤️
